Hi Folks. We'll be having a fun and easy family day ride through Bowness Park with pauses for water and land fun along the way. Then we will finish at Angels Drive Inn for Milkshakes.

All are welcome, though parents you'll be responsible for keeping tabs on your little ones.

We'll be meeting at Lifecycle (8144 34 Ave NW) at 3pm, leaving around 3:15 and at Angels (8603 47 Ave NW) around 5pm.

Bring balls, Frisbees, and other fun things to play. Look forward to seeing you.
