A National one week event to show the impacts that can be made by giving your car a day off.   Walk, CYCLE, take transit, carpool or work from home.  Go to commuterchallenge.ca to register your workplace then register yourself.  You can also register as unaffiliated.  Results are tabulated and impacts are displayed on-line for individuals, workplaces and municipalities.   Participating municipalities also offer prizes for workplaces with highest participation rates.
